SHIPPING

We ship throughout Australia and overseas. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS: We offer $15 flat rate shipping for orders within Australia.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We offer $30 flat rate shipping for international orders.

Please note that delivery to locations other than Australia may take up to 6 weeks. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Trisara is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We ship to PO Boxes within Australia with Australia Post, however international orders cannot be sent to PO Boxes.

DELIVERY

We endeavour to process all orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once processed and shipped, orders may take longer to arrive, dependent on delivery restrictions determined by the courier or delivery company. We use AustPost and delivery time is subject to change.

There may be potential delays due to high volume of orders, postal service delays, and weather events that may be outside of our control. We are not liable for any delays once your order has left our warehouse.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order after 2 weeks or have not received your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@trisara.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
