We can post with regular post. All orders are processed within 3 working days (Excluding Weekends and Public Holidays) after receiving your order confirmation e-mail. Postage costs will vary depending on the location of the delivery of your parcel.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 1 or 2 days days for the tracking information to become available.

If one of our amazing products are out of stock we can put you on the mailing list and keep you updated on when the shipment will be ready for purchasing. This will allow you to hear about when the new product is due and when you can place the order to secure your amazing Trisara product.

Yes We Can  - We understand that you may need to cancel your order, and we will do our best to make this possible. To cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of order placement. We aim to dispatch goods within 1-3 business days, so later cancellations may not be possible.
